Thesis is devoted to the complex study of the constitutional and legal aspects of rights, freedoms and duties of servicemen. Theoretical research as well as the constitutional and legal regulation of the rights, freedoms and duties of military men at various stages of historical development of Ukraine are considered. The guarantees of the constitutional rights and freedoms of military personnel are characterized, several issues of guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of military personnel are considered. Positive achievements in this field are stated.
