Komissarova I. Correction of infringements of reproductive function at women with ioddeficiencal diseases.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of gynecologic disease of infringements of reproductive function at women with ioddeficiencal diseases of thyroid gland on the basis of studying of the cores ehografical, endocrinological and immunological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role ioddeficiencal diseases in clinical current leiomyoma of uterus, chronic salpingooforites and endometriosis, and also among the reasons of female barreness is studied. Comparative aspects of clinical semiology of gynecologic pathology which develops against and without ioddeficiencal diseases are studied. The most informative ehografical criteria at genital are shown pathology. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, endocrinological and immunological infringements at women with genital pathology and barreness against ioddeficiencal diseases is established. It has allowed to expand available data about patogenesise of leiomyoma of uterus, chronic salpingooforites, an endometriosis and female barreness, also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for decrease in frequency and clinical displays gynecologic patology and female barreness at patients with ioddeficiencal diseases is offered and introduced.
