Gnip I. Diagnostics and treatment optimisation adenomyose and infringements of reproductive function.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment adenomyose at women with infringements of reproductive function on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and immunological features, and also working out and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions with use modern endoscopical technologies and medicamentous correction. The role accompanying genital and extragenital pathologies in development adenomyose with infringement of reproductive function is scientifically proved. Are presented clinical-endocrinological, immunological, ehografical, endoscopical both morphological features and their interrelation at development of infringements of reproductive function in women with adenomyose. The role of definition СА 125 in various days menstrual cycle for diagnostics increase adenomyose at women of reproductive age is shown. Are presented endoscopical differences adenomyose to various severity level taking into account a morphological condition of endometrium. Efficiency of advanced algorithm of restoration of reproductive function at these women on the basis of complex use laparo - and hysteroscopia in combination with medical correction is offered and shown.
