Drin O. The polymorphism of business strategy in differentiated conditions of the environment

The theoretical and methodological bases of business strategy forming are considered in the dissertation, the term "strategy form" was defined and introduced to the scientific terminology. The correlation between the form with the methodology of strategy forming and instability level of external organizational environment was proven. The meaningful interpretation of the strategy form components definition and their elements was provided, the features of classification of the presentation forms of the structural strategy elements were determined. Criteria and indicators of the external organizational environment instability and its types were defined. The research of the macroeconomic instability of Ukraine was done, the volatility of the external environment of wine production enterprises was defined, environmental factors of their operational instability were detected and studied, the analysis of the organizational management response to external changes was conducted. Strategy form choice models were suggested considering the identified level of instability of the environment, external changes predictability and manageability of enterprise. Methodical tools for the assessment of probability of forecasted development of enterprises based on configurations of manageability characteristics and instability of the external environment were suggested. Testing of the above tools on Ukrainian wineries was performed. The procedure for enterprise strategy structuring and formalization in accordance with parameters under diversified environmental conditions was suggested.
