Galushko Y. Instruments of monetary control in system of factors of economic growth

There are analyzes of theoretical and methodological background to instruments of monetary control of economic growth, improvements of methodological approaches and practical recommendations about its use in Ukraine in the thesis. Intrinsic characteristics were discovered and economic content of the concepts «monetary control», «monetary policy», «instruments of monetary control», «monetary transmission mechanism» was proved. Additional criterion of classification of instruments of monetary control considering their influence on bank liquidity and the price of money resources is entered. Value of monetary tools in system of factors of ensuring economic growth is proved, the principles are allocated, functions and tasks on which they shall be directed are concretized. Monetary prerequisites of ensuring economic growth are analyzed and tool and sector features of the monetary transmission mechanism are revealed. Based on the regression analysis the influence of instruments of monetary control on macroeconomic variables based on system of econometric models of formalization of interrelations between them is estimated. Integrative model of the monetary transmission mechanism of regulation of processes of economic growth taking into account its functional and target blocks and interrelations between its components was developed. Approaches to systematization of noise factors in functioning of channels of the monetary transmission mechanism are offered and practical recommendations of enhancement of instruments of monetary control are developed.
