Object of research: features of influence sunflower and soya lecithin metabolism, performance and quality in young geese. Target: to confirm efficiency and establish optimal dose use of sunflower and soy lecithin in the composition of animal feed for young geese, examining their impact on performance, metabolism and product quality. Methods: histological, physiological, biochemical, zootechnical and statistics. Scientific novelty: for the first time set the intensity of growth geese and use nutrients from forage quality and quantity of feed input lecithin. New data about the positive effects of lecithin on survival, growth rate, feed conversion and meat quality and proven no negative impact on the quality indicators of production. Degree of implementation: to improve the efficiency of nutrients and bioactive substances feed intensity of growth, improving product quality and profitability of meat added to provide feed for young geese 0.4% sunflower lecithin instead of soy meal similar amount. Scope: poultry, universities in learning areas of "Technology of feed and feeding of animals."
