Essay

The object of study is ensuring interoperability of manufacturing a coordinated holes of the parts in mechanical engineering at the design stage. Research objective - improve the interchangeability of parts production with coordinated deep holes in machinery and instrumentation at the design stage and develop their normalized scattering fields. Scientific novelty: on the basis of application of calculating and analytical method of assessing the quality first identified the main factors that affect the accuracy of the coordinate of the holes of parts made in multistage machines, which allowed to determine the extent of their influence on the field magnitude of the scattering parameters of precision holes; according to the results of scheduling experiments for the first time the study of the stray fields coordinated precision deep holes to size from the base to the holes and the positional deviation between the openings, which enabled the development of the regulatory system stray fields of their accuracy; based on the analysis of physical essence of the scattering process the accuracy of coordinated dimensions of deep holes, the use of Pearson curves and delicate features, first identified the law of distribution of indicators of accuracy and proven his adequacy, which will allow to solve the practical problems of ensuring interchangeability statistical methods.
