Scientific work is devoted to the decline frequencies gestation complications at women, invazation nematods and lyamblias on the basis of studying clinical-microbiological and immunological features, and also use of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Complex clinical-laboratory investigation of pregnant women, invazation nematods and lyamblias is carried. Negative influence of worms invazion on clinical current of pregnancy, in aspect of the raised frequency of an early toxicosis, threat of interruption of pregnancy, gydroamnion, premature birth and threat pre-natal infection of fetus is scientifically proved. As a result of the spent estimation zitokinical status the role nematods and lyamblias in development of immunosupssion (high development IL2, IFN ? and FPN ?) which can cause obstetrical and perinatal pathology is shown. The advanced diagnostic algorithm which helps to reveal in due time pregnant women with risk of presence gelminte-protezone infections is offered. Use of the offered screening provides as much as possible full diagnostics nematods and lyamblias at women of genital age for subsequent carrying out etiopatogenetical therapy and preventive maintenance of their negative influence on health of mother and fetus.
