Ilchenko H. Civil-law protection of the rights of consumers of insurance services

The dissertation is dedicated to actual problems of civil protection of consumers of insurance services. In the research the historical and legal preconditions for establishment and development of insurance relations in a separate type of civil relations. Based on the theoretical achievements of researchers and the analysis of the current legislation regulating relations in the field of insurance, held civilize study the concepts of "consumer of insurance services", "the insurance service", "the rights of insurance consumers", defined by their features and are characterized by certain types (including "the right insurance consumers to information" and "the right to an insurance payment"). It analyzes the problematic issues of consumer protection insurance, such as forms and ways. It focuses on the features of civil protection of insurance consumers to information and the receipt of insurance payments. Proposals for amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On insurance", which aimed at improving the legal regulation of consumer protection insurance.
