Riabova K. Methods of investment in the construction (economic law aspects)

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the economic law aspects of methods of investment in the construction, whereby new doctrinal concepts and suggestions for improving the regulation of such methods in accordance with the economic laws of Ukraine are introduced. The concept and special features of legal relations in the field of investment in the construction are defined. The definition of the methods of investment in the construction and the classification thereof are substantiated. The system of legislation on the investment in the construction is looked upon and its systematization in a separate chapter of the Law "On investment activity" is proposed. The economic law aspects of methods of investment in the construction are explored, including those involving an intermediary, such as the use of construction financing funds, non-state pension funds, collective investment institutions, certain types of securities (mortgages, bills, options), credit and deposit method, and those not involving an inrermediary, such as the use of special purpose bonds, investment through housing co-operatives, joint activity between the investor and developer, an investment agreement on construction.
