Historical and international experience of regulating the age of the subject of corpus delicti and the age of the victim of the crime is studied. The content and the extent of the concept of the subject of corpus delicti are established. The age regulation of the subject of corpus delicti under the current criminal legislation of Ukraine is investigated. Applying a uniform approach to the age of 14 as the minimum age of the subject of corpus delicti is suggested. The minimum and the maximum age of the special subject of corpus delicti are analyzed. The rules of the qualification of a socially dangerous act taking into consideration the age of the subject of corpus delicti are settled.
