Essay

The thesis is devoted to the search of pathogenetic features of fasciolosis in cows sensitized with mycobacterium. The research makes it possible to establish the close relationship of leading links of pathogenesis, experimental fasciolosis in cows sensitized with atypical mycobacterium. It was investigated the negative influence of fasciola and atypical mycobacteria on biochemical processes of cows organism, particularly on the immune status, process intensity of lipid peroxidation, system activity of antioxidant defense and protein metabolism. The comprehensive assessment of indicators violations intensity of cows protective systems can more reliably diagnose the degree of damage with fasciola and atypical mycobacteria and predict the course of such pathological process. A positive effect of сatozal on the blood parameters correction and protective systems of organism was scientifically grounded. It was proved that the use of klozaverm A and сatozal to animals for fasciolosis invasion in cattle sensitized with atypical mycobacterium ensure the restoration of hematological and biochemical parameters of blood.
