Essay

The thesis deals with the material for the search of distribution, pathogenesis and control measures with associative invasions if chickens in terms of economies of Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. It was defined the dependence of extensiveness and intensity of invasion on forms of farms ownership and technology chickens keeping. The species composition of chickens pathogens invasion was investigated. The changes of morphological, biochemical and immunological parameters of blood at associative invasions of chickens were set up. The frequency of genomic and chromosomal variability in erythrocytes of poultry peripheral blood, as a manifestation of cytogenetic instability in the genome for the pathogenic action of Ascaridia galli, Heterakis gallinarum and Eimeria spp. was studied. It was studied that migrating roundworm larvae and heterakosis and eymeria oocysts exhibit mutagenic effect on cells in peripheral blood of poultry, which shows an increase in the number of red blood cells with micronuclei. It was established that at ascaridiosis, heterakosis and eymeriosis, pathological morphological and histological changes were observed in the small and large intestine and in the liver. The expediency of the use of drugs – brovermectin 2 %, brovaseptol and brovadazol (SPC «Brovafarma») for associative invasions in chickens. The high performance of des-invasible drug «Be-dez» was proven on sporulation of eymeria oocysts and embryogenesis A. galli and H. gallinarum.
