Essay

The research is based on data sub-analysis cardiometabolic risk factors in the female cohort of population study (532 respondents aged 30-69 years), depending on the availability of data menopause and clinical examination of 112 women of reproductive age with H and MS in the background of post-surgical (PSM) or early physiological menopause (EPM). Determined the feasibility of stratification cardiometabolic and cardiovascular risk (CVR) factors in patients with H and MS in the background PSM or EPM on a scale SCORE using ultrasound of the carotid arteries. The possibility of correction CVR and prevention of diabetes due to menopausal hormone therapy.
