Essay

This thesis is devoted to the investigation on theoretical foundations and grounding procedures of decisions execution and practice application of the European Court of Human Rights and specifying procedures for handling such cases in accordance with the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and there are also summarized problems of application of the European Court's decisions in Ukraine and abroad. In this thesis have been investigated the legal nature of the European Court, its competence, forms and methods of work; the mechanisms of compliance control on the execution of Court's decisions and execution of such decisions either at national or international levels; there was analyzed the impact of the European Court on the legal system of the State; there was defined suggestions for further improvement of legislation of Ukraine and optimization of public authorities activities in terms of decisions execution and practice application of the European Court.
