Lakiza O. Assessment of work places under the working conditions.

The study proved that the assessment of work places under the working conditions is the system of periodical accounting, researching and evaluation of hazardous and dangerous working-environment factors and the labor process factors on a specific work place, such factors influence at health and human employability in the labor activity process. This accounting organized in all enterprises, institutions, organizations regardless of form of ownership and type of its activity, as well as individual employers. The mentioned accounting conducted by the employer with the aim to bring the conditions of employees' labor activity in accordance with the legislation on work safety, with the aim to develop the organizational, technical, economic and social measures concerning with improving the work conditions and receiving benefits and compensation for work in adverse conditions. The main functions of this legal procedure are: protective; preventive; compensative; organizational and technical. The legal principles system of work places assessment under the working conditions consists of: legality; priority of the employee's interests; generality; complexity; excellence; periodicity. The author gave the reasons to include in the new Labour Code of Ukraine the separate chapter named "Assessment of work places under the working conditions" and made recommendations for its structural and content provisioning.
