Essay

Object of study - rosacea. The purpose of research - to improve the efficiency of complex treatment, prognosis and prevention of recurrences of rosacea based on the study of clinical features and course of dermatosis, emotional status, state of the autonomic nervous system and the immune status of the skin microbiota of patients. Methods: clinical, general laboratory, immunologic, microscopic, cultural, psychological questionnaires, functional studies of the autonomic nervous system, statistical. The thesis is devoted to study the efficiency of diagnostic methods, integrated differential treatment, prognosis and prevention of relapse of rosacea evaluation of its effectiveness by studying the dynamics of clinical features and course of dermatosis, psycho-emotional disorders, changes in the autonomic nervous system, microbial landscape and immune status of patients. The features of pathogenic changes (clinical, subjective, objective, functional and laboratory parameters) that depend on the disease, they analyzed the dynamics of a complex treatment process and developed a scientifically sound method of prediction, treatment and prevention of relapse of patients with rosacea. Results of the study are introduced into practice of the Municipal Institution "Zaporizhzhia Regional Dermato-Venerological Clinical Dispensary" of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Municipal Institution "Odessa Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary", Municipal Institution of Ternopil Regional Council "Ternopil Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary" as well as in educational process of Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Medical Cosmetology of Kharkiv National Medical University, Department of Dermatovenerology of Higher Education Institution of Ukraine "Bukovinian State Medical University", Department of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology with Course of Aesthetic Medicine of Faculty of Postgraduate Education of Zaporizhzhia State Medical University.
