Kobyletska N. Preventive maintenance of anomalies of patrimonial activity and perinatal pathologies with use of partner labours.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of anomalies of patrimonial activity and perinatal pathology at women with risk factors on the basis of improvement and introduction of a technique of individual preparation matrimonial steams during pregnancy and at delivery. The role of infringements of the psychological status of women with development of anomalies patrimonial activity and perinatal pathologies is scientifically proved. Features of frequency, variants of infringements patrimonial activity of uterus in labours at women with risk factors are studied. The partner role in decrease in frequency of complications is shown during pregnancy and at delivery at women with risk factors of anomalies patrimonial activity. The interrelation between clinical features of a current of pregnancy and labours, a condition of the psychological status and patrimonial activity of uterus is established at delivery without and with partner participation. It has allowed to expand the data about the mechanism of development of anomalies of patrimonial activity and perinatal pathologies, and also scientifically to prove necessity of use individual preparation a married couple at stage of female consultation and obstetricak clinic for the purpose of decrease in frequency of anomalies patrimonial activity and perinatal pathologies.
