Bolotna M. Diagnostics and preventive maintenance of placentary dysfunction at young first-labours.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of placentary dysfunction and perinatal pathology at young pregnant women on the basis of studying of clinical-laboratory, hormonal, functional and morphological features of formation fetoplacental complex, and also working out and introductions of advanced algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The basic pathogenetic mechanism of placentary dysfunction at young first-labours, which consists available relative and pathological immaturity fibers of placenta tree is presented. It is shown that development of placentary dysfunction occurs against haemodynamic, endocrinological and morphological changes in fetoplacental complex. The role adverse premorbite factors (the early beginning of sexual life, high frequency genital is shown a pathology and urogenital infection, low level of the registered marriages and nonwanted pregnancy for father and his parents) in development of placentary dysfunction. Necessity of early diagnostics and preventive maintenance of placentary dysfunction at young first-labours with use ehografical, dopplerometrical and endocrinological indicators, and also additional application of a preparation glutargine hydrochloride is scientifically proved.
