Yacentyuk V. Optimisation of surgical treatment recedive cystocele and genital prolapse.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of operative treatment recedive cystocele and genital prolapse on the basis of improvement and introduction of tactics of surgical intervention and rehabilitation actions. The data about the reasons both genesise of first and recedive cystocele at women with omission of a forward wall of a vagina and genital prolapse on the basis of the established role of a somatic pathology with not differentiated dysplasia of connecting fabric as one of principal causes diseases is expanded. The role of the reproductive anamnesis and accompanying genital is shown a pathology in genesise primary and recedive cystocele at women with omission of a forward wall of vagina genital prolapse. Risk factors primary and recedive cystocele at women with omission of a forward wall of a vagina genital prolapse are established. The estimation information on the basic methods of researches (clinical, ehografical, microbiological and urodynamical) in diagnostics and control over efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions is presented. Comparative aspects of clinical current early and kept away postoperative period at women with various techniques of surgical correction primary and recedive cystocele are shown. The technique of surgical correction cystocele at women with omission of a forward wall of a vagina and genital prolapse and a technique of postoperative rehabilitation on the basis of optimisation of tactics of operative treatment and local use of an estrogen is improved and introduced.
