Savrun S. Comprehensive diagnostics and treatment of squamous dysplasia of cervical epithelium.

The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with leukoplakia of the cervix to study the results of clinical and laboratory changes and improve treatments for this patients. The studies showed that the immunohistochemical markers of increased risk of cervical cancer in patients with leukoplakia is decrease of expression of histochemical marker of apoptosis Fas (Apo-1/CD95) and the presence of positive expression of CEA tumor markers in epithelial structures of the cervix. We determined that the patients with cervical leukoplakia have changes of hormonal saturation of vaginal mucosa, violation of the indicators of local immunity, moderate and excessive level of total bacterial mass prevails. A significant role in the etiology of cervical leukoplakia belongs to HPV, molikut and obligate intracellular parasites. The approaches to the treatment of patients with leukoplakia of the cervix (APA or cryosurgery followed by antiviral therapy and correction of hormons) are not dangerous and highly effective.
