Novyk N. The participation of the guardianship in civil proceedings of Ukraine

The thesis is completed independent scientific work devoted to the problems of participation of the guardianship Ukraine in civil proceedings. The paper highlights the location of the guardianship system bodies and persons who legally have the right to protect the rights, freedoms and interests of others. We study the purpose and form of participation of the guardianship in civil proceedings. Analyzes the civil cases, proceedings which may be opened by the claim (statement) of the guardianship and cases in which the authorities may allow conclusions. Preconditions right to sue guardianship authorities for the benefit of others and the conditions for its implementation. Study practical and theoretical approaches to understanding the procedural provisions of the guardianship in civil proceedings. The author studied the form, content and procedural important findings that provide guardianship authorities in the case.
