Essay

The object of the research: hypopneas, chronobiological aspects of the metabolic syndrome (MS). The aim of the study: was to establish the dynamics of the circadian rhythms of indicators of individual components of MS in hypopneas induced by long-hour lighting, and explore the possibility of correction of certain manifestations of the syndrome by restoring natural light conditions alone or in combination with foreign exchange administration of melatonin. Research methods and apparatus: physiological, biochemical, immunoassay, histological, morphometric, instrumental, statistical; light microscope firm "Primo Star-5" micrometer MOV 1-16x, analyzer Stat Fax 3200 ("Avarenes, USA). Theoretical and practical results: the presented data are the basis for determining hypopneas of the factors in the development of MS. The results of the study confirm the usefulness of the daily monitoring of glycemia and blood pressure in gipotireoze to identify disorders of carbohydrate metabolism associated with MS in the early stages of their development. Data obtained in this study should be considered as a theoretical justification for the clinical use of drugs Mela Tonin in patients with MS, developing the background of hypopneas. A system for measuring blood pressure in rabbits regardless of lighting conditions. Novelty: it was found that hypopneas induced by long-hour lighting, causes the development of the basic components of MS: insulin resistance, abdominal obesity and hypertension. Determined for the first time, against the background of long hypopneas inversion (which is replaced by leveling) circadian rhythm of the concentration of glucose in blood and the leveling of the circadian rhythm of insulinemia. The priorities are research results that indicate the presence of hyperglycemia in the night, long before it is day. Augmented scientific data on the use of replacement therapy with melatonin when hypopneas. Level of implementation: the results of a study implemented at the Department of molecular and medical Biophysics, Kharkov national University. V. N. Karazin. Received 2 patents of Ukraine for utility model: No. 83426, No. 86828. Field of application: endocrinology.
