Essay

In the thesis the model of information system quality management tool pre-production (IS QMTP) engineering company and a mathematical model of decision-making in the quality of its processes was developed. To accomplish this the system of technical and economic parameters of IS QMTP processes and classification cost of their quality and dimensionless scale of assessment was offered. The proposed developments were used for improving regulatory support.
