Dissertation is devoted to the study of natural obligations in civil law of Ukraine. It covers the theoretical generalization of the problem of the existence of natural and liabilities in civil law of Ukraine. The work reveals the historical development of private regulation natural obligations. The comparative characterization of natural and legal obligations under the laws of a number of foreign countries. Identify concept and legal nature of natural obligations. The classification of natural species division of liabilities on the criteria of the subjects, the scope and the nature of the defect obligations grounds of others. Characterize the main types of natural obligations. Discovered base of natural and termination obligations. It was shown admissibility and natural types of enforcement obligations. Particular attention is paid to study long-standing commitments, obligations games and betting claims based on breach of civil law. Scientifically grounded to address gaps in law enforcement and improvement of legislation of Ukraine.
