Khrolenok O. Legal basis systematization punishment in Ukraine

The work is devoted to the complex analysis of bases of systematization punishment in Ukraine. A substance of legal "foundations" systematization punishment was offered . The basic stages of systematization punishment in Ukraine or in areas within its current borders were established. The content of these regulatory acts out stages of the penal system was given. Further development of scientific research approaches to the development of theoretical determination of punishment has developed. Author proposed a theoretical definition of punishment. Based on research of the promising areas of improvement of the systematization of Corrections and amendments to existing legislation were offered.
