Essay

Dissertation is devoted to a complex characteristic of bases and principles of criminalization of evasion of return of proceedings in foreign currency. The work researches scientific bases of criminalization of socially dangerous acts. It provides description, conducts analysis and substantiates socially stipulated bases as well as principles of criminalization of evasion of return of proceedings in foreign currency. The dissertation proposes normative model of sanctions for evasion of return of proceedings in foreign currency, as well as stimulatory norms.
