Essay

The thesis contains a new approach to the solution of actual problems of modern obstetrics - improving quality of life and the reduction of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) through the development of a personalized set of therapeutic and preventive measures. The result of the research identified the main risk factors for the development of IBS. The survey showed that women with IBS with complaints of constipation showed a significant increase in all indicators of the stress revealing level and the reduction of stress limiting level in comparison with women complaining about the weakening of the stool. It is proved that before treatment the emotional state of the women in the groups ranged from moderate and severe depression, particular symptoms decreased in direct proportion to the reduction of symptoms of IBS. Based on the examination of the biotope of the urethra and vagina in women with irritable bowel syndrome found that changes inherent of an inflammatory process are recorded in the group of pregnant women with IBS. For an objective assessment of the health status of patients with IBS was assessed the quality of life on a special scale-questionnaire IBS-QOL. Considering the data obtained clinical and laboratory studies (contamination of the intestine, vagina, indicators of the sympatho-adrenal system) and evaluation of indicators specific to patients with IBS scale of quality of life, the personalized set of therapeutic and preventive measures was developed and its effectiveness was proved.
