Essay

It was defined influence radiation factor in the population of Kyiv region contaminated areas. It was shown the increase of infertility and spontaneous abortions, but there was no impact on congenital anomalies and anthropometric parameters of newborns. Spreading, intensity and continuance of smoking were detected. Share of smoking women and family's couples increased in the line "birth of health child - birth of child with congenital anomalies - spontaneous abortions - infertility". It was established, that woman, man and family couple smoking increased all reproductive losses. Co-influence of radiation factor and family couple smoking increased infertility and spontaneous abortions risks. At the presence of this factors among women the risk of child birth with congenital anomalies was increased. The differential influence of natural selection was shown on the early ontogenesis stages. It was established, that primary infertility and first third pregnant spontaneous abortion are meeting indicators for negative influence of anthropogenic factors. In order to decrease the smoking influence it is recommended for general practitioners, pedagogics and psychologists to propagandize healthy mode of life-style.
