Essay

The object of study - the process of fleet management freight wagons on the railway network.The study was conducted with the application of mathematical statistics methods and analysis of statistical data, probability theory, mathematical programming, research, information flows, forecasting, genetic algorithms, graph theory. Based on the research obtained new evidence-based results, namely formalized the process of car fleet management of different forms of ownership and formed the corresponding mathematical models. Scope are units at the level of Railways functions of the fleet management freight wagons.
