The main results presented in the thesis, the author obtained independently on the basis of study and analysis of theoretical and experimental data obtained in the course of research. Designed fryer drum with new design solutions recommended for use in small industries. The fryer can be used to obtain a caramel malt сlass I and II as well as roasted malt in the production of beer dark varieties. Based on the analysis of the experimental data to determine the optimum operating and process parameters of roasting caramel malt in the developed device, providing high quality malt while minimizing the specific in energy consumption.
