The thesis is focused on the comprehensive research of court proceedings in cases on controversions arising from inheritance legal relations. The notion of such controversions has been formulated; their features have been highlighted. The author has accomplished the classification of controversions arising from inheritance legal relations into groups according to the subject of regulation of material legal relations and in accordance with the degree and character of interest in the result of controversion resolution. Claims to protect succession rights have been characterized; their differences from vindicatory and conditioned actions have been defined.
