Adamiuk D. Innovative product as an object of legal regulation under applicable laws of Ukraine and the EU.

The thesis is devoted to the complex scientific development of theoretical and methodological principles of economic and legal regulation of relations in the field of the turnover of innovative products. The nature and characteristics of innovative products as objects of economic and legal regulation and relations, which arise due to their creation and turnover, are analyzed. The features and structure of innovative product by determination of its system elements are defined. The main drawbacks of the national legislation, which reduce the efficiency of the legal regulation of the innovative products' turnover, are discovered. The content of innovative activity and its correlation with scientific as well as scientific and technical activity, classification of innovative products are investigated and determined. The experience of state support of scientific and technical as well as innovative activity in the EU is examined. Suggestion on amendments and addenda to the current legislation of Ukraine directed to the improvement of legal regulation of relations connected with turnover of innovative products with account of foreign experience is substantiated.
