Essay

The thesis investigates the characteristics of the struggle of the Ukrainian nationalists against the antidemocratics regimes in the 1920-ies – 1950-ies. The complex political and legal characteristics of forms and methods of the struggle of structural units of the Ukrainian nationalists are given. In the struggle against chauvinist regimes in Poland, Romania and Hungary the UVO and OUN units organized the resistance movement against the violation of declared human rights of the Ukrainian people of these States, as well as international norms. Their struggle was accompanied by force methods.
