The dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific and technical task - the development and improvement of methods and tools for the definition of tremor phenomena in the diagnosis of functional disorders of the nervous system. An improved method for modeling bioelectric processes of muscles of the arms on the basis of the general model of the research of the muscles activity. It is to describe the individual characteristics of the neuromuscular system for determine the movement disturbances. With the developed method and software for testing the individual characteristics of fine motor skills of hands on the digitizer is possible to determine the motor disorders, which can manifest in the form of physiological tremor and disorders of tonic movements. The proposed method and tool of analysis electromyogram based on the implementation of multilevel decomposition proved to be effective for the detail and specificity of diagnostic indicators of motor units.
