Essay

The object – processes of provision of rational use of renewable energy, biomass in particular, with considering soil quality in the region. The subject – approaches to formation of ecological and economical principles of efficient use of renewable energy in the region, biomass in particular. The purpose is theoretical and methodical foundation and development of practical recommendations concerning the creation of ecological and economical principles of efficient use of renewable energy, biomass in particular. Methods – heuristic analysis, generalization, cause and effect, hypothetical and deductive, mathematical and economical modeling, prognostication, system approach. Novelty – conceptual principles of the management system of ensuring of efficient use of energy sources of the region; methodical approaches to efficient distribution of biomass; the system of creation of energy potential of regions; ecological and economical mechanism of efficient use of renewable energy of the region; scientific and methodical approach to determination of ecological and economic effectiveness of use of renewable energy; institutional conditions of ensuring of constant production and rational use of renewable energy; motivational componeny of energy-saving of subjects of economic activity under conditions of diversification of energy market. Authorial recommendations are used by the Departments of Ecology and Nature Resources of the Rivne and Khmelnytskyi regional state administration, by the enterprises, including corporate, Rivne Regional Energy OJSC, Rivne Branch of State Іnstitution «State Soil Protection».
