The thesis provides a systematic analysis and a comprehensive study of the reproductive function in women of childbearing age suffering from newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis and residual post-tuberculosis changes, with consideration for the molecular genetic characteristics of infection pathogens, systemic changes in blood plasma, immunological reactivity, infection and hormonal homeostasis disorders. The prognostic, diagnostic and treatment tactics have been developed for patients with reproductive disorders suffering from tuberculosis, which produced a 4.5-fold reduction in the incidence of disorders in women with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis and a 6.2-fold reduction in women with residual post-tuberculosis changes. Implemented reproductive function, namely the frequency of pregnancies in the analysis and subgroup was 13 (28.3 %) and 7 (18.9 %) - in the second subgroup (p <0,05), allowing 1.5 times increase the effectiveness of treatment using the proposed method and reduce by one third the economic costs of treatment.
