Essay

The thesis is dedicated to studying of the characteristics of uterine leiomyoma angioarchitectonics. Research results were used for the individualizing treatment algorithm development on the basis of the analysis of the endometrium receptor apparatus state and Doppler data of blood flow in the uterine vessels study. Analysis of the effectiveness of the treatment with developed algorithm had shown significant improvement in the quality of treatment compared with conventional therapy, which allowed to increase the percentage of regression of uterine leiomyoma and save reproductive organs.
