Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease infringements to reproductive function at women with ectopical pregnancy against chronic urogenital infection on the basis of studying of clinical-functional, microbiological and morphological features, and also improvement of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. The role chronic urogenital infections in development of ectopical pregnancy with prevalence of interruption as trumpet to abortion is scientifically proved. Microbiological both morphological features and their interrelation at development ectopical pregnancy are presented clinical-laboratory, ehografical results against chronic urogenital infection. The role chronic cervicite and microbical features of cervical channel in development of ectopical is shown pregnancy. Are presented morphological differences of various types of interruption ectopical pregnancy (trumpet abortion and rupture uterine tube) at women with chronic urogenital infection. It has allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions for restoration of reproductive function at women with ectopical pregnancy against chronic urogenital infection. Comparative aspects of a clinical current on various types of interruption ectopical are presented pregnancy against chronic urogenital infection. An additional quality monitoring behind a clinical current of the remote postoperative period with use of microbiological and morphological methods of researches is offered. The role modern endoscopical technologies in operative treatment of the given pathology is shown. Efficiency of advanced algorithm of restoration of reproductive function at these women on the basis of stage-by-stage use patogenetical is offered and shown well-founded therapy, a control laparoscopy and auxiliary reproductive technologies.
