Defined the mechanisms of public administration in sphere of counteracting the illegal migration (organizational, political, legal, economic, social, law enforcement) and reveal their main role, which is to focus on: reform of migration management system to combat illegal migration; deepening of Ukraine with the EU migration policy for enhanced political dialogue on migration and security sector in the context of combating illegal migration; intensification of negotiation process on international agreements with the countries of migration risk for the readmission persons; reduce economic losses from illegal immigration and improving the investment climate and confidence of the international community to Ukraine.
