Object - experimental polytrauma, chronic hepatitis; goal - to find out the functional and morphological violations of liver and kidney in the early period after trauma simulations with chronic hepatitis; methods - electrophysiological; biological; biochemical, morphometric; mathemetic; results - it is shown that polytrauma with chronic hepatitis accompanied by intensification of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant abnormalities that reach a maximum after 3 days, remain at the same level up to 7 days and significantly higher than the traumatized animals without chronic hepatitis; in these circumstances, the greater the level of endogenous intoxication, intensity of cytolysis and cholestasis; the emergence of trauma on the background of concomitant chronic hepatitis B in all terms of post-traumatic period is greater abuse bile formation and liver function equally with traumatized animals without hepatitis; multiple injuries in terms of associated chronic hepatitis during the early manifestations of traumatic disease deepens morphological violations of liver tissue and the kidneys, which reach a maximum after 7 days post-traumatic period.
