The dissertation is an independent and complete research, provides new proved theoretical results that collectively solve scientific challenges to clarify the conceptual tools of legal policy in the field of legislation on economic-legal analysis tools and mechanisms of state influence on economic processes of concentration. The dissertation examines the processes of economic concentration as economic-legal phenomenon. It reveals the mechanism of state in the sphere of economic concentration by the definition of "economic concentration", its purpose, objects, forms, tools, criteria of differentiation legal means of state influence depending on the main groups of factors that affect the content of state policy in the field of economic concentration.
