Plavshuda K. Economic and legal regulation of steel production in Ukraine.

Thesis is an independent and complete scientific work containing new theoretical results proved that collectively solve scientific challenges is to develop practical ways to address key economic support dysfunctions legal mechanism in the metallurgical industry, ensuring the realization of public and private interests, combining the legitimate interests of the state and the steel business. The author has provided a comprehensive description of the operation of the metallurgical complex in Ukraine and highlighted a number of pressing problems that accompany this process. A number of major economic and legal measures to ensure the improvement of investment and innovation climate for domestic steel companies and, hence, increase their competitiveness.
