Seniuta S. Legal regulation of economic activity in the telecommunications industry

The thesis is devoted to actual problems of economic and legal regulation of economic activity in the telecommunication industry. Based on research of monographs sources, analysis of current legislation formulated definitions of telecommunications, economic activity in the telecommunication industry, the subject of legal regulation in the telecommunication industry, defined the legal status of participants' relations arising in connection with economic activity in the telecommunication industry, systemized and researched judicial source of economic activity regulation in the telecommunication industry, defined types and content of economic-contractual obligations arising in the telecommunication industry. Also indicated and investigated the grounds and conditions for protection of businesses that operate in the telecommunication industry, grounds and forms of bringing these subjects to the economic and legal responsibility.
