Maruta O. Features of representation of a subjective picture of the course of life in patients with various forms of neurotic disorders

The dissertation highlights the main structural-substantial elements of a subjective picture of the course of life: life events, retrospection of events, anticipation of events, emotional response, attitude to life events, and structure of an event series. It was developed the typological classification of models of subjective picture of the course of life, which included 8 main types; a representation of these types in different clinical groups of patients was determined. A scientific understanding concerning the role of psychological factors in contemporary mechanism of neurosogenesis was extended and complemented. It regards namely, the role and place of the specific representation of a subjective picture of the course of life in patients with different clinical forms of neurotic disorders. The main individual-psychological peculiarities of patients with neurasthenia, anxiety-phobic and dissociative disorders were analyzed, as well as their relationships with the main parameters of representative schemes of a subjective picture of the course of life. Psychological diagnostic criteria for personality impairments in neurotic pathology have been worked out, practically significant data were defined regarding factors influencing on a representation of the course of life by patients with various forms of neurotic disorders, psychodiagnostic tools for evaluation of personality impairments in neurotic pathology were improved.
