Bublik O. Work of the sentenced to imprisonment: legal regulation and penal practice

The dissertation deals with the research of law regulation's particularities of involvement into work of the sentenced to imprisonment. The formation's stages of law regulation of work of the sentenced during the development of the criminal and penal (penal, corrective-labor) laws of Ukraine were determined. The state of academic status of the problematics was characterized. It was stated that from the introduction of amendments to Art. 118 of the Correctional Code of Ukraine concerning the regulation of work of the sentenced by the Labor Code of Ukraine a legislator created a lot of problems both in law regulation of work of the sentenced and in the practice of its organization.
