The thesis is the first complex criminological research of coercive sex prevention in Ukraine. Social and legal nature of coercive sex, its state, dynamics, and tendencies, social, psychological, economic and ideological determinants are analyzed. The paper introduces the analysis of a criminal who commits the coercive sex on grounds of social and demographic, moral and psychological, social and role, criminal and legal characteristics.
