The thesis is devoted to a complex study of the right to access to justice. We give definiton to the concept, features and legal content of the right to access to justice and disclose its relationship with the adjacent categories. We characterise the state of scientific investigation of the issue at the present stage and outline future prospects in this area. We define the concept of research methodology of the right to access to justice and its content.
