Essay

In dissertation research clinical and psychopathological, pathopersonological and pathodynamical features in patients with occupational pathology of respiratory and peripheral nervous systems were analyzed, a comprehensive program of correction of psycho-emotional sphere was developed. The research revealed progressive polymorphic psychopathological changes with high levels of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hypochondria, emotional lability, externalization, unconstructive attitude towards the disease, value dissociation in personality sphere and decreased quality of life with prevalence of anxious and depressive symptoms in patients with respiratory system pathology and prevalence of asthenic-depressive symptoms in patients with peripheral nervous system pathology.
