The object of the study is the process of formation, development and efficient use of personnel of enterprises producing alcohol. The aim of the thesis is proving the theoretical principles, methodical approaches and practical recommendations on the formation, development and efficient use of personnel of enterprises producing alcohol. In order to achieve this goal and tasks we used the current general scientific and special methods of research, including: analysis and synthesis; ordering and comparing; economic and statistical and graphics method; method of expert reviews; method of extrapolation; economic and mathematical modeling; system approach; abstract and logical method; logical method. The system of enterprise personnel development considering its structure and motivational benefits of certain categories of workers has been firstly formed. It is based on the principles of social responsibility and it is structured by the levels of management. It contains signs of impact on the development of enterprise personnel considering its basic strategy and it is implemented in personnel policy and business strategy. Its implementation will support the motivation of enterprise employees to self-development and increasing their competitiveness in the labor market
